Led by the Welsh Government and supported by the European Social Fund, LMJ Training is managed from the head office located in the Vale of Glamorgan and also has support centres in Swansea and Blackwood.
Largely providing frameworks for various levels in Health and Social Care and Childcare, LMJ Training also offers Leadership and Management courses. Certified and registered with a number of awarding bodies LMJ Training continues to grow.
LMJ Training work as a carefully selected team of managers, assessors, verifiers and support staff who over the years have built a reputation as one of the best medium sized training providers in South Wales and South West Wales. LMJ Training holds strong relationships with learners and employers who frequently request to develop further.
LMJ Training History
2006 – LMJ Training was started by Lynne Preece and 3 other members of staff
2008 – Moved to a larger premises in Barry, South Wales
2011 – Expanded the staff numbers and acquired an increased contract
2014 – Moved to a larger premises in Parkstone House, Barry
2015 – Satellite office acquired in Swansea
2015 – Awarded Bronze for Investors in People
2016 – Satellite office acquired in Blackwood
2016 – Celebrated 10 years of trading
2017 – Increased staff levels to over 25 staff members
2017 – Major developments made to in house systems and online presence.
2018 – Cyber Essentials Plus certification
